The event was enlivened by two different situations: the installations, temporary works by Italian and international architects; and the design islands, gathering places installed by designers, in collaboration with manufacturers.

The latter were extremely interesting for all those who are fascinated not only by observation of the world of design, but also by its discussion; in fact, in these areas visitors could stop for a coffee, meet other visitors or sector professionals, and exchange views and opinions. This singular atmosphere attracts more and more visitors each year, who come out of curiosity, to find new ideas and inspiration, and to get a glimpse of future trends in design.
